We took a trip up to Tormach, a Waunakee company whose mission is to provide “geeks with tools” including CNC mills, lathes, 3D scanners, (and it looks like coming soon injection molding) etc – http://www.tormach.com/

One thing certainly worth stopping over for (if you’re not in the market for any heavy iron) is the blog, Andy is up to some ridiculous stuff I figured I’d only ever see in our shop, like scrambling an egg with a CNC. . .
Of course they can’t send us home empty handed 🙂
