Product Description
This is a 3 to 8 decoder, more commonly known as the chip you need to multiply 3 output pins into 8 outputs – this means you can take an Arduino and vastly increase the digital outputs. This is the chip everyone uses to make the LED cubes. More information is online at the Digikey site.
