LoL Shield soldering kit from Adafruit, more information (used to be available) on his site, we have sample code you can use to get it running here:

Works with the Arduino – it’s a big set of LEDs in an array that you can individually control, code for pong, tetris, scrolling text, etc all available!
We have kits in either red or green LEDs.
