BGA packages are used to permanently mount devices such as\u00a0microprocessors.<\/a>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In Xbox 360s, the infamous &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wikihow.com\/Stop-the-Red-Ring-of-Death-on-Xbox\">red ring of death<\/a>&#8221; is often the result of a soldering failure by BGA-mounted graphics card.<\/p>\n<p><a done by hand, instead calling for the precision of a temperature controlled soldering machine.<\/p>\n<p>The infrared BGA rework station for soldering is a Jovy Systems RE-7500 model.<\/p>\n<p><a
