Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Supports the Mediasite product line in terms of remote installations, configurations, maintenance and support of server and client hardware.
Provides support via telephone and email for end users, resellers and internal sales people.
Research & resolve technical issues.
Document solutions to problems.
Assist other departments with special projects and other duties as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Previous customer service experience a plus.
Experience researching technical solutions via the internet a plus.
Familiarity with SQL Server preferred.
Familiarity with using IIS & Windows Media Services as streaming servers preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional license preferred.
